- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Items must be in pristine, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, bridal seals, and packaging (including garment bags/boxes) intact. Any garment that has been altered, dry-cleaned, or shows signs of wear is strictly non-returnable.
- Refunds/Exchanges:
- Exchanges: If an item does not meet your expectations for fit, we are happy to assist with an exchange or adjustment, subject to stock availability and design constraints.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded via your original payment method (or store credit), minus a restocking fee and shipping costs, after our team conducts a thorough inspection of the garment.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team with your order number and clear photos of the garment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
